The Africa Evidence Network (AEN) hosted a successful Evidence 2023 from 13 to 15 September 2023 in Entebbe, Uganda. The theme of this year's event was coming together to build a knowledge base for evidence-informed decision-making practice. Delegates attending in-person were treated to stellar service and sumptuous cuisine from the Protea Hotel, Entebbe as well as decadent vistas of Lake Victoria. All 713 delegates enjoyed a comprehensive programme and networking opportunities and too soon, it seemed, came the time to bid farewell.
