As part of a mentoring programme and to complement this and with the approval of senior management within the MYIEE, between April 2016 and March 2017 expertise from within the VakaYiko consortium was mobilized to support the RPCU to put these newly acquired knowledge and skills into use through an organizational change approach. The approach taken aimed to help employees (mainly from the RPCU) with their most pressing needs, and identify how knowledge, information and/or data might be used as a resource to support them.
